RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- We can only make return or exchange if any production defect occurred at your order.
- Make sure that item is unused and unwashed.
- Please note that we can only offer for size exchanges if the stock for that particular item is still available.
- There is shipping charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
- We can only offer you return and exchange for reasons stated above if we received your notification before 8 (eight) working days after you received your order.
- All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We ship all your orders in Indonesia Area using JNE, for their term and condition and shipping leadtime you can check their web at www.jne.co.id
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise once the goods are received at the designated address based on the report of the shipping company (JNE)
- We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
